THEARA / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Website privacy.
A clear explanation of information used when you explore THEARA or share a project enquiry.
Project enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name and email, with optional phone number, service interests and project message. We use submitted information to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your brief.
When a message is submitted
The form sends information to the website’s server for validation. When enquiry delivery is configured, the server passes the brief to our email delivery provider for routing to THEARA. Confirmation appears only after the provider accepts the request; it does not confirm inbox delivery or that a team member has read it. If sending fails, your entered details stay in the form and you can save a local copy.
While browsing
The hosting platform can process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Some pages load imagery or media from external providers. Those providers can receive request information when their resources are loaded. Music begins only when you enable sound through the experience controls.
Use and access
Enquiry information is used for project communication and related follow-up, rather than automatically subscribing you to a marketing list. Access and retention should be limited to the people and period needed to handle the enquiry or the resulting engagement. You can raise a question about information already submitted by replying to the conversation with THEARA.
Updates
This notice describes the website enquiry flow. A project can involve additional tools or data processing; those responsibilities are agreed in that engagement. This notice will be updated when the website’s information handling changes.
